After considerable effort, I managed to extend the number of Linux distributions supported by TextureMind Framework and all the applications built with it, including DWorkSim and TMD. Initially I thought of supporting a fixed number of distributions, namely CentOS 7, CentOS 8, Rocky 9, Ubuntu 20, Ubuntu 22 and Ubuntu 24. After a week of work, I figured out how to achieve an amazing result: compiling on just one distribution and running the applications on all the others, from glibc 2.17 onwards. Thanks to the framework's design and the minimum external dependencies, I achieved this incredible result. It will simplify a lot the entire build process, because I can deploy everywhere on Linux with just a single build. As an immediate effect of this great feature, from now on it will be possible to download Linux applications from a single package to see it run on any distribution released in the last 10 years or more, from glibc version 2.17 onwards.
